I'm a big fan of great customer service. Most people say I tip too much at a restaurant. But I appreciategreat service, and it seems lately that great service is hard to come by. I'll go out of our way to shop at places that provide great service. Why? Because there's too much in life to worry about without having to deal with lousy service.
I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful things you'll go through in life. I understand that no matter how many times you've bought or sold real estate that every time is different. I understand the obstacles that can pop up in real estate transactions and I understand how to prevent those obstacles from occurring and how to deal with them when they do raise their ugly heads.
I also understand that you have about half a bazillion real estate agents you can pick from. Most are very good at what they do, but many are not so swift. I know that if you choose me to help you that you will walk away delighted with the service you receive. The testimonials, repeat business and referrals to friends and family I receive from our clients prove that.
Contrary to popular belief, I don't sell houses. I am in a service industry and my job is to provide you with superior service. Period. I despise being "hard sold" and harassed, so I certainly won't do that to you. If you come to our web site and request some help, I will help you. I don't then harass you for your business. I am successful at what I do and I don't need to hound you for business. When you are ready to buy or sell real estate, I am here for you. If all you want to do is look around, if all you need is an answer to a question, then by all means, look around, ask questions!

I've been blessed. Married to my High School Sweetheart for over 20 years and we have four beautiful daughters. I love spending quality time with my family along with boating, fishing and shooting pool.
